Babies R Us

Hello All! I know it has been quite a while since i have updated everyone on what is going on. Baby Kylie is still do to arrive to this world August 27th. I am thrilled to update that Collin has finally taken his first steps! He is still a lil weary of walking by himself, but gets along just fine holding on to either my hand or daddy's hand. On Saturday the 15th I had a little fall at Babies R Us. As I was walking down an isle i slipped and fell (on someones pee YES VERY GROSS) as I went and told an employee all they did was hand me a roll of paper towels and said to bring them up when i was done! I was so shook up that I checked out, called Paul and cried hysterically. Paul immediately called Babies R us for an hr. straight and could never get a hold of anyone! As soon as i arrived home i hopped in the shower, Paul called my Dr.s Office and they advised him he should take me to Labor and Delivery. When we arrived at Memorial they hooked Kylie and me up to a monitor and we stayed there for about 2 hrs. Everything looked great so they sent me home and told me they would see me in a couple of weeks! I am feeling great.. but very tired. Looking forward to meeting Miss Kylie on the 27th if not sooner!

Update on Kylie

Well I had my Doctor's Appt today. and my c-section is now scheduled for August 27th. @ Memorial Hospital in Modesto. I had been considering having Kylie vaginally so I wouldnt have to do another C-section.. but apparently Memorial Hospital does not allow that.. even if you were in labor and the baby was crowning they would still do a c-section. Now that i am down to the 1 month mark... I will be going to see my Doctor once week checking to see how my blood pressure is and if i am dialating. I have a weird feeling that I am going to go into labor before the 27th.. but we'll see.

Play Date

Today Collin and I went to my friend Lynzee's house for a playdate. Katie Belo and her two kiddo's Addy and Lucas were there and Lynzee's son Logan. Collin loves to see all the kids playing around and i think us mommies like to hang out as well :) It's alot of fun and we are trying to get together at least once a week! Took a few pics of Addy and Collin enjoying their lunch the two other lil ones are still too little to sit @ the toddler table. Hopefully my camera will be working shortly so i can post the picture.

Thought I had to share how adorable Collin looks in this picture. (just a lil bit over a year old) Paul can not wait for Collin to be potty trained so he can ride around with daddy!

Update on lil miss Kylie

As many of you know, my scheduled c-section date has been moved to the end of August. My doctor explained that Memorial Hospital no longer schedules non-emergency c-sections at 38 weeks(for the fact that too many infants were having breathing plms, etc.). Instead, she guessed that i would probably be having Kylie around the 25th of August. My next Doctors appointment is July 29th and we will most likely get an exact date for the c-section. As for lil miss Kylie, she is growing perfectly. Since her head has gotten into position lil missy has not been kicking me in the middle of the night (as often I should say) We are very anxious for her arrival!
